Jason Adams, PMHNP, is a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner at Serenity Mental Health Centers' Queen Creek, San Tan Valley location. With a decades-long passion for supporting mental health, Jason is committed to helping his patients build self-esteem and become the best versions of themselves. His laid-back, compassionate approach creates a comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.

Jason’s treatment philosophy focuses on individualized care. He takes the time to understand each patient’s unique needs, learning style, and lifestyle preferences to create personalized treatment plans that work. Using the latest evidence-based practices, Jason combines medication management with advanced therapies to deliver high-quality, effective care. His attentive, patient-centered approach encourages open communication, making it easy for patients to discuss their concerns and goals.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and earned his Master’s degree from Frontier University in Kentucky. Originally from Hawaii, Jason and his family now call the Valley of the Sun their home. Outside of work, Jason is a self-proclaimed football fanatic and enjoys spending time with his family and their beloved dogs.
