Biography

Tricia Pease is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Serenity Mental Health Centers, where she has helped build one of the nation’s fastest-growing interventional psychiatry organizations. Since co-founding Serenity in 2017 alongside her husband, Ben, Tricia has played a pivotal role in shaping the operational foundation, culture, and long-term vision of the company. Under her leadership, Serenity has expanded from a single clinic into a network of more than 35 locations across eight states, serving thousands of patients through innovative treatments focused on healing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and other complex mental health conditions.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Tricia attended Brigham Young University, where she earned a degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development. She began her career at a high-end resort, Montage, where she became interested in operational efficiency and business operations. From there she moved into a corporate role with Taco Bell, then spent roughly 12 years in healthcare consulting, focusing on operational efficiency and improvement, particularly in urgent care settings. Her passion for helping others, combined with strong leadership instincts and an operational mindset, eventually became a driving force behind Serenity’s growth and patient-centered mission.

Tricia’s path into mental health advocacy began through personal experience. In 2011, she and her family endured a devastating loss and lived firsthand the impact of grief and mental health struggles. During that time, she and her husband began searching for treatments that went beyond symptom management and offered real, lasting healing. Through a close family friend, Dr. TeeJay Tripp, DO, they were introduced to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), the treatment that would ultimately inspire the creation of Serenity Mental Health Centers. What began as a personal search for hope evolved into a mission to make advanced mental health treatments more accessible to families across the country.

“Operational excellence directly impacts patient outcomes — and sustainable growth only happens when people, culture, and accountability stay aligned.”

As COO, Tricia oversees the systems, operational strategy, and leadership development initiatives that allow Serenity to scale while maintaining exceptional standards of care. She is instrumental in creating processes for provider onboarding, performance management, and cross-market consistency, helping the organization achieve some of the strongest depression healing rates in the industry. Her leadership philosophy centers on the belief that operational excellence directly impacts patient outcomes, and that sustainable growth only happens when people, culture, and accountability stay aligned.

Outside of work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband and their family of ten on their ranch in Texas. She values faith, family, resilience, and creating meaningful experiences with the people she loves most.
