We do also accept self-pay, if you don’t have insurance or if your insurance plan is not accepted. Please call us to discuss your options.
Please note, In Arizona, we do not accept medicaid/AHCCCS as a primary insurance. In all of our other states, we do not accept Medicaid plans at all.
