Katherine Scheider’s, PMHNP, passion for this work stems from witnessing firsthand the challenges many individuals face. She is dedicated to providing the kind of compassionate, expert care that can make a lasting difference in someone’s life.
Education and Background
Katherine earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University, where she focused on treating mood disorders, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and substance use disorders across all age groups. She has also gained valuable hands-on experience working in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, giving her a strong clinical foundation and the ability to support patients navigating a wide range of mental health challenges.

Katherine’s care philosophy is centered on fostering trust, open communication, and a stigma-free approach to mental health. She values empathy, integrity, and respect in every patient interaction, creating a safe space where individuals can feel comfortable discussing their challenges. Personal Interests
Outside of the clinic, Katherine enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new experiences with her family. She shares her life with her beloved dog, Sydney, who brings her endless joy. Music from the ’60s and ’70s holds a special place in her heart, a love she traces back to her parents’ passion for Fleetwood Mac. She’s also a fan of thought-provoking movies, with Trading Places being a personal favorite.
