Jeremy Ratliff, DNP, PMHNP-C, FNP-C

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

About Jeremy Ratliff, DNP, PMHNP-C, FNP-C

Growing up as the second oldest of nine children in Utah, Jeremy Ratliff learned early that harmony, patience, and a good sense of humor are essential. He meets his patients where they are, listens without judgment, and cares about their healing journeys.

Education and Background

Jeremy’s path into healthcare began over 25 years ago. He started at Utah Valley University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing while working as a patient care technician at Utah Valley Hospital. He then spent eight years as a Registered Nurse in the cardiac ICU, a high-stakes environment that deepened his commitment to compassionate, precise care.

Driven by a desire to better serve his community, Jeremy continued his education at Brigham Young University, where he earned both his Family Nurse Practitioner certification and a Master of Science in Nursing. He later completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification at Brandman University. Since 2017, his focus has been on community mental health for patients of all ages.

Care Philosophy

Jeremy believes that meaningful care begins with a safe, nonjudgmental space. He listens closely, teaches openly, and works with each patient to build a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. He incorporates evidence-based practices, education about mental health management options, medication, TMS, and the importance of family and social support.

Personal Interests

When he’s not in the office, Jeremy is a devoted husband and father of four sons. You’ll often find him tackling ambitious home projects, hiking, traveling, or riding dirt bikes with his family at the local Little Sarah Sand Dunes, a weekly tradition that keeps him grounded in the community he loves. Whether he’s rebuilding car engines in the garage with his boys or exploring somewhere new, family time is at the center of everything he does.

What to Expect

In your first visit with Jeremy, you can expect a calm, personable, and welcoming experience. He takes time to hear your story in your own words and ensures that everything important to you is heard and understood. Jeremy approaches each day with kindness and a genuine belief in your ability to grow, and he will walk alongside you every step of the way.
