I absolutely am blessed to have found the nice and caring team of professionals at Serenity Mental Health Centers. Dr. Nathaniel Brooks is really dedicated to bettering his patients. He does his best to offer the best combination of treatments customized to your issues and needs. They offer Deep TMS which is the more effective version of TMS (the other type being rTMS). You would love working with the staff members here, including the awesome TMS techs.

I’ve spent most of my life suffering with mental illness and grew up in a house hold that didn’t support medications or even talk about mental health. I finally got to a point where I just over all wanted a better quality of life. Finding this facility, and having Dr. Nathaniel Brooks as my my doctor has changed my life so much, and I am extremely thankful for him. I have a very difficult time being vulnerable, and opening up, and I was immediately comfortable, and immediately knew I was in the best hands. The staff is always so friendly and kind. This place is the real deal, and each person just truly cares and wants to help. So thankful for them all.

From the moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed. The front desk staff, at the Biltmore location specifically, were very warm & welcoming. The brought me back swiftly & brought me right into Dr. Brooks office. He started off the appointment by letting me know that I was in a safe place with no judgement. He let me guide the conversation & only prompted me about certain topics. He provided a thorough explanation of my treatments options as well as why he chose the specific medication that was prescribed. He let me know that he is always available & I can reach out to the clinic at any time. When checking out the girls were so sweet & made sure I was taken care of & double checked my medication went to the appropriate pharmacy. I highly highly recommend this clinic & Dr. Brooks!
