She earned her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Florida. Over the past decade, Dr. Park has worked in a wide range of clinical settings, including community mental health clinics, academic centers, inpatient psychiatry units, urgent care/crisis stabilization programs, and state psychiatric hospitals.

Dr. Park’s path to psychiatry began during post-graduate training in pediatrics, where she became deeply interested in the emotional stories behind physical symptoms. That insight, along with years of diverse clinical experience, shaped her trauma-informed, patient-centered approach. She believes healing starts with emotional safety and authenticity, and she strives to build therapeutic partnerships grounded in trust, empathy, and collaborative growth.

Outside of work, she enjoys writing, gardening, watercolor painting, and spending time with her dog, Wally. She is honored to walk alongside her patients on their path to healing and wholeness.
