Dr. Ruiloba earned his medical degree from the University of Montemorelos School of Medicine in Montemorelos, Mexico, in 1985. He went on to complete his psychiatry residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. Over the course of his career, he has built extensive experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety disorders, dementia, and Wilson-Turner syndrome.
