Dr. Tracy L. Crews, MD, is a board-certified Psychiatrist at Serenity Mental Health Centers in Estrella, AZ. Where she provides expert, patient-centered care for anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. 

After serving in the Air Force, Dr. Crews pursued her medical training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Where she developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals with mental health challenges. During her psychiatric residency at Good Samaritan Medical Center (now Banner University), she served as Chief Resident in her final year, further shaping her approach to patient care. She is committed to providing compassionate, non-judgmental care tailored to each patient’s unique background and needs. Dr. Crews views her role as a collaborative partner, offering expertise and treatment options while empowering patients to lead their care journey alongside their care team— including family and professionals—supporting their pursuit of optimal mental health. 

Dr. Tracy Crews chose to work in mental health because it’s where she has always felt a natural sense of purpose. Having seen the impact of mental illness within her own family, she understood early on how important compassionate support can be. When she began working directly with patients, she realized providing care that is grounded in empathy, respect, and genuine connection is the work she was meant to do. Her career spans private practice, inpatient hospitals, community mental health centers, and crisis facilities, providing her with experience working with diverse populations.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Crews enjoys exploring Arizona and its variety of environments, embracing fresh experiences whenever possible. She enjoys spending time with her Family and friends, as well as her dog Muggsy. Dr Tracy Crews is also passionate about Mentoring emerging providers and the development of the next generation of mental health professionals and community programs.
